**WINNER** IN THE 2023 CANADIAN BOOK CLUB AWARDS IN THE SPIRITUALITY/HEALTH AND WELLNESS CATEGORY! Soul Excavation: An Exploration and Discovery of Self Through Fear, Failure, and Quantum Physics is about one woman's transformational journey of living from pain, anger, and fear to discovering and consciously choosing to live as the Infinite Creativity, Resilience, and Love she is at her core. Lesia Kohut begins with her story of fear-a brave, candid exploration into how the turbulent relationship with her dad and confusing relationship with God early on in life lay the groundwork for three main limiting beliefs. Through stories of heartache and loss, Lesia illustrates how "I am not good enough," "I am not smart enough," and "I don't have what it takes" were the foundation for decades of pain, anger, fear, and self-doubt. All of which led to attempted suicide, alcoholism, and believing there was something inherently wrong or broken with her. With clarity, curiosity, and wonder, Lesia explains how her spiritual journey and foray into consciousness studies led to a renewed sense of faith and understanding of reality from a quantum perspective, laying a new foundation for how she now perceives and values her relationship with her dad and with God, and how she moves forward in life. The stories, nuggets, and ahas in this book invite others to realize that we can all choose-at any time-to live from love rather than fear; that we are all creators of our reality; and, that we are all infinitely more powerful, creative, and resilient than anything we could ever think, believe, or feel-than anything we could ever experience.
