Fulfilling a commitment to his father to share the experiences of his parents’ final days, Jonathan C. Gehrig writes of tough decisions, bittersweet moments, and angelic encounters. This touching story of a life turned upside-down to meet the needs of aging parents will soothe the souls of similar caregivers and give hope to those with loved ones lost.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Jonathan C.Gehrig worked in the Timber Industry for 35 years. In his fast-paced career, he did everything from cleanup, millwright, quality control, supervisor, and superintendent. At the request of his aging parents, he left this career he loved so much to start a new career: caregiver. A huge lifestyle change, a much slower pace, but the most important decision ever made. Jonathan lives in Southern Oregon with his fiancee, Adrienne. He loves video-chatting with his family and grandchildren and hiking on the coast and in the mountains to waterfalls.
