Z. E. Lancaster is a trauma-informed nurse educator, writer, and survivor. She creates tools for people who are rebuilding after overwhelm, burnout, or loss; people who are tired of pretending they're fine. Her work is rooted in lived experience, deep compassion, and a commitment to telling the truth. She believes that you don't have to be healed to deserve rest, and you don't have to be productive to be worthy of care.
