�ber die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Bertil Holmlund is a Swedish economist, currently Professor of Economics at Uppsala University. He was a member of the prize committee for the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences from 1998 to 2001 and from 2005 to 2006 and is the chairman of the committee since 2008. Agnar Sandmo is a Norwegian economist at the Norwegian School of Economics. He has made a series of contributions in the study of disparities, redistribution, insurance arrangements and tax systems.
