Daniel Schulz is a German born international architect with over 15 years of experience in architectural design, construction and management. He gains exceptional skills and experience in planning, detailing, designing and coordinating projects both in the public and private sectors. His excellent communication, public relations, problem solving and leadership skills, combined with his knowledge of engineering and architectural codes, let him become a well experienced principal of the practice.
Daniel Schulz has worked and lived many years in China and Europe, due to his work he gains manifold experiences of different cultures and enjoys working with well-staffed international teams. As principal designer he ensures a healthy collaboration, respect, and philosophical connectedness within his respective teams. Knowledge gained from living, studying and working in different countries, has not only exposed him to the challenge of adapting to new environments and cultures, but also increased his awareness of the different demands of people worldwide, in different cultures, at different environments. It has supported further development of his understanding of architecture.
