The ongoing concerns about sex crimes continue to pique interest in related issues, research, and therapies. Like the popular first edition, the revision of Sex Crimes offers a comprehensive survey of sex offenders and offenses. The Second Edition includes coverage of the psychological profiling of sex offenders, the often ritualistic crimes they commit, and the effect their actions have on victims.
Students, educators, counselors and policy makers alike will find this a fascinating and ideal resource to access the core perspectives and complex aspects underlying our understanding and prevention of sex crimes.
