Inhaltsangabe:
In this classic companion to the best-selling book The Calvary Road, Roy and Revel Hession teach that seeing Jesus is the answer to every aspect of our Christian life. Painting a refreshing and challenging picture of the Lord Jesus, they tell of Him in whom all the needs of human hearts are met. Two themes occur again and again in these pages--grace and revival--but the main direction and theme is always Jesus.
Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Roy Hession, a successful evangelist in England, knew he had lost the power of the Spirit in his lifea terrible feeling as he led his evangelistic campaigns. In 1947, after meeting leaders of the East African Church, he recognized a deep personal need. He first published the principles the Lord taught him from this experience as The Calvary Road. He wrote the companion book, We Would See Jesus, in partnership with his wife, Revel. Described as the "inspirer, adviser and trusted colleague" in all that God gave Roy to do, Revel played a major role in Roy's evangelistic work and in their monthly paper called Challenge.
