Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Karen Wylie is a wisdom holder and teacher of truth principles for living a joyous and abundant life. She is also an ordained minister from the Agape International Spiritual Center in Culver City, California. She is an agent for transformation, helping others develop their inner awareness and confidence. Currently in her global work, she writes, facilitates workshops and retreats, provides private consultations, spiritual counseling, and ceremonies of all kinds, leads sacred journeys and speaks to communities throughout the country. She inspires her audiences to express their innate spiritual nature in all areas of their lives through authentic living. Karen became licensed as a minister upon her 2008 graduation from the University of Transformational Studies and Leadership at the Agape International Spiritual Center. Her credentials also include a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA, becoming a licensed Spiritual Counselor in 1994 at Agape, and obtaining a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in 2001. Upon her ministerial graduation in 2008, from June 2009 to October 2013, Karen served as Spiritual Director of the Symphony of Life Spiritual Center in Ojai, California. She was ordained on June 24, 2012, by Rev. Michael Beckwith. As an active member of Agape for twenty years, she served primarily in the Education and Pastoral Care Ministries. She is also licensed as a practitioner with Centers for Spiritual Living and has held her license there since 1994. After a year of ministerial training, in 2004, she “retired” from her profession as an Employee Benefits Specialist and spent two-plus years traveling around the world visiting sacred sites and indigenous peoples. As a prolific writer, she is a contributor to various inspirational publications. An enthusiastic traveler and guide, Karen leads groups on sacred journeys to sites throughout the world, including the House of Mary and the ancient city of Ephesus in Turkey, the temples and major sites of Egypt, swimming with the dolphins in the wild in Hawaii, facilitating sacred ceremonies in Sedona, Arizona, and exploring and discovering the spirit of Florence, Siena, and Assisi, Italy.
