Inhaltsangabe: Seventeen-year-old Trevor Loomis's high school is literally Hell. In an unfortunate theological snafu, Trevor dies and finds himself in the afterlife at Satan's Prep, a Dante-inspired private school for lost souls. From science class (where he's the experiment) to gym class (involving deadly games of dodgeball), Trevor just wants to pass the semester with a 61 percent humanity level and transfer to Purgatory. When the beautiful Persephone Plumm shows up, Trevor begins to see a glimmer of hope. But is Persephone really what she seems? And will Trevor ever be able to transfer out of school? Or is he stuck for all eternity?
Gabe Guarente's Satan's Prep is a clever, engrossing graphic novel for young adults about the classic struggle through adolescence seen in a new way—high school as Hell! Trevor and his band of misfit classmates are relatable and funny, and this book is sure to impress both devoted graphic novel fans and teens new to the genre.
Sky Pony Press, with our Good Books, Racehorse and Arcade imprints, is proud to publish a broad range of books for young readers—picture books for small children, chapter books, books for middle grade readers, and novels for young adults. Our list includes bestsellers for children who love to play Minecraft; stories told with LEGO bricks; books that teach lessons about tolerance, patience, and the environment, and much more. While not every title we publish becomes a New York Times bestseller or a national bestseller, we are committed to books on subjects that are sometimes overlooked and to authors whose work might not otherwise find a home.

He has contributed his dark, noir style to such properties as Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Indiana Jones, and Wizard of Oz. Between projects, Dave finds time to teach art as well as sing and play bass in a punk rock band, Dead On A Friday. Dave is thrilled to be working on his first graphic novel, Satan's Prep; with it's morbid humor and fantastic imagery, it's a match made in hell.
