A library plays a vital role in imparting the quality technical / engineering education. In order to fulfill the information needs of the future engineers, the library of an engineering institute must be equipped with a satisfactory collection of print as well as non-print sources of information. The quality of the engineering education could be improved with the help of an excellent library collection and services.SWOT Analysis is an effective technique to identify libraries Strengths. Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. SWOT Analysis will help to libraries to focus library's services and programs on areas where libraries are strong and where the greatest opportunities lie.

Working as a College Librarian since last five years and obtained Ph.D in Library & Information Science Under the guidance of Dr.D.K.Veer in 2013. Actively participated in National & State Level Conferences/ Workshops etc. Worked as a Resource person for Library Automation Training programs and State Level Conferences.
