1910. Almost very good condition with no wrapper. Copyright date is 1910. Red cloth spine with black title and decoration. Front board shows a boy and girl leaving church (girl has red and white striped socks on!). Colour plates showing scenes from the life of David. Packed full of b/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Tape repairs/reinforcements to edges of covers (tape folded over onto pastedowns inside). Small booksellers sticker to front pastedown. Old tape mark to front free-endpaper. Inscription in ink to verso of front free-endpaper. Grubby fingermarks to some page margins. Light foxing to textblock and some page browning. Not as bad as it sounds! Packaged with care and promptly dispatched.
