�ber die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Timo Ortiz has worked in the field of forms development and output management for more than 20 years. He has worked for the consulting group Corporate Business Solutions Unternehmensberatung GmbH (cbs) in Heidelberg as a solution architect since 2008.
