Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: DOV LYNCH is Lecturer at the Department of War Studies, King's College, London. Dr Lynch was a Research Fellow at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, where he worked on a Ford Foundation project, 'Keeping the Peace in the CIS', in the Russia and Eurasia Programme. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University in 1992, and his DPhil in international relations from St Antonys College, Oxford, in 1997. The author has written on post-Soviet conflict and Russian policy towards European Security. He is currently working on Russian civil-military relations.
