The Right Side

No greater work or more powerful act of love has ever been displayed, nor will ever be again, than the cross of Calvary. Two thousand years ago, while hanging outstretched on a wooden cross, Jesus, the Lamb of God, took away the sin of the entire world (John 1:29). His death and resurrection has brought total and complete restoration to all the earth. The Lord recently spoke a simple, yet profound truth into my spirit. This simple truth has revolutionized my life. He said, "David, Jesus has made everything right in your life." You are now completely, totally, and irrevocably in the right with Me." The Lord continued, "You must now learn to cast the net of your thinking on the right side of your ship." The Lord drew my attention to John 21. Jesus had just been crucified when Peter and the disciples decided to go fishing. In the mind of the disciples, Jesus was dead and gone. So fearing that they had no alternative, they were returning to their former lives. As the story goes, they fished all night and caught nothing. Suddenly, at the break of day, a solitary stranger appeared upon the shore. He cried out, "Children, have ye any meat?" "No," They answered, "We have none!" He then said, "Cast your net on the right side and you shall find. Obviously, these disciples had spent the entire night casting their nets on the wrong side of the ship. This also explains why they had no meat. Once they let their nets down on the right side, the catch was so great they could hardly pull it in. So many Christians today can identify with this simple story.

Many feel their harvest does not equal their labor. They surmise within themselves, "What's the problem? Where is the great catch The Lord promised?" Beloved, if you are one who can identify with this story of big labor/little catch, I ask, "Are you ready for a supernatural shift? Are you ready for the catch God has promised you? Are you ready to live in the vision you have seen?" If so, you must experience a turning point in your soul. Immediately! Pull the net of your thinking from the wrong side of the ship and plunge it quickly into the right side. Cease giving time, attention and energy to what's wrong in life and open yourself completely to the right! Begin to see yourself through the eyes of your Heavenly Father. God sees you healed, blessed, and supernaturally favored. You are sanctified and made holy by the perfect sacrifice of Jesus. You are the redeemed of The Lord and it's high time that you stand up and say so! As we advance in our studies, we will discuss the importance of redemptive energy! God creates and then works with the energy that is within us. This energy affects every aspect of our being. Our personal health, ability to think clearly, to communicate with precision, to discern the voice of God, etc., all hinge upon the energy that is at work within us. It is my sincere prayer that during the course of our studies the reader will experience a glory that will dispel physical weariness, mental fatigue, and spiritual lethargy from his or her life! Beloved, you'll never know how great you are or how good you are capable of feeling until you cast your net completely onto the right side of your ship! We will show in our studies that every believer is completely set right with God through the redemptive work of Christ. As a result, everything in our lives is ready to accelerate! I know this statement is difficult for many to absorb. We think, "How can I believe that I am completely right with God when I know the things I sometimes think, say and do?" Beloved, you must understand this simple truth ... it's Jesus' Right that sets you in the clear with God. This walk of faith is not about works lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:9). Rather, it's about trusting in The Lord Jesus Christ and receiving His sinless perfection as our free gift (Romans 6:23). Furthermore, you are not what you think, say, or do. No! You are a regenerated spirit full of a Divine energy that is creative in nature. Picture, if you will, the spirit as glowing and exuding life-giving energy. In the glow of this energy, the spirit is beyond the realm of sin, sickness, or decay. Now imagine that this life pulsating energy is flowing out to saturate your soul (mind). At this point, your mind, will, and emotions begin to pulsate with this same energy! Immediately, your body is impacted. Beloved, your body never knows it is sick, tired, weary, etc., until your mind tells it so. However, when the mind is lit up with Divine energy and pulsating with Life, there is absolutely no thought of sin, sickness, disappointment, or poverty. There is only life, peace, power, and prosperity!

We will show in this treatise that the gospel message empowers the believer with supernatural energy. This energy violently dispels every thought of bondage, servitude, and limitation! The glorious truth of the Gospel declares that our jubilee has come! Our freedom has been won through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. There's absolutely nothing left to be done for the human condition. Christ has done it all! We are now privileged to stand fast in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free (Galatians 5:1). This is the Greek word eleutheroo, which means: to liberate, (figuratively) to exempt from moral, ceremonial or mortal liability.
