Relax, You're Normal

The purpose of this book is to reassure people who are cognitively, emotionally, and behaviorally within a normal range that they are not mentally ill. To them my message is, "relax, you're normal." This book was written for anyone who overthinks what it means to be a normal person, being anxious or depressed or angry or forgetful is not proof positive of a mental illness, The questions addressed in this book are:- What is normal?- What is diagnosis?- What is psychotherapy and is it effective?- Is altruism abnormal?- Can a normal, ordinary life be a good life?
