RED COAT: The LeBlanc Maps

For a legendary treasure, some men will kill. Others will die. But one man will uncover the truth.

In the unforgiving heart of the 1830s Rocky Mountains, a lone figure haunts the wilderness. They call him Red Coat, a man as skilled and mysterious as the peaks he calls home. A master tracker and solitary survivor, Jedediah “Red Coat” Stone wants nothing more than to be left alone with his ghosts. But when a brutal blizzard drives him to a remote cabin, he discovers a dying trapper who bequeaths him an impossible legacy: a cryptic clue to the legendary Le Blanc treasure, a lost French fortune that has lured countless men to their doom.

Armed with a dying man’s riddle and a strange, carved stone, Red Coat is thrust into a high-stakes race he never wanted. The trail leads him deep into a world of obsession and violence, where he is stalked by the most ruthless killer in the mountains: the merciless Silas “The Vulture” Kane, a rival hunter who will stop at nothing to claim the prize. But the true danger may not be the man hunting him. The mountain itself holds a dark, bloody history, and the treasure is protected by more than just clever riddles—it is cursed by the memory of a massacre.

Forced into an uneasy alliance with Tala, a proud and fiery Ute whose people hold the other half of the puzzle, Red Coat discovers the legend he’s chasing is a lie. The French gold is just one piece of a much older, more terrifying secret—a mystery of Spanish conquistadors, forgotten empires, and a sacred history that was never meant to be disturbed. Every clue they uncover pulls them deeper into a conspiracy that spans centuries, pitting them against multiple enemies in a desperate battle for survival.

From the treacherous, ice-bound lairs of the high peaks to the ghost-haunted canyons of the Ute, Red Coat must unravel a puzzle of two worlds. He must outwit the Vulture closing in on his trail, survive a vengeful ghost from the past, and confront the mountain’s own fury as it seeks to bury its secrets forever. To survive, he must become more than a hunter. He must become a legend.

RED COAT: THE LE BLANC MAPS is the first installment in a thrilling new series that combines the epic scope of a historical adventure with the non-stop, heart-pounding action of a modern thriller. It is a story of survival, betrayal, and the discovery that the greatest treasure isn't gold, but the truth—no matter how deadly it proves to be.
