Text in Arabic. María Margarita is a young girl from a small Chilean village who is famous for her strange gift of recreating the stories of movies. When a new film comes to town -- whether the latest Marilyn Monroe movie or Mexican musical the villagers pay her to watch the movie so that she can tell them all about it. Tender, magical and moving, Raweyat Al-Aflam tells the nostalgic tale of South American village cinemas in their full glory.
