When widowed sister Bettelu Jensen joins her brother in a church planting mission, she has doubts about the possibility of having a second chance at love as she devotes herself to service for the Lord and witnessing to the people in her new post. Through her petite canine companion, who has never met a stranger, Bettelu soon learns one particular resident isn’t as rough and unwelcoming as the rest, and her hopes for a late-life romance are kindled.

As a Christian, Murphy Gipson is a minority in the biker community of Ripple Creek, and has kept his faith hidden to avoid harassment. When loneliness becomes too great for even his darling toy-sized dog to remedy, and the shame of his fear to live out his faith weighs heavy on his heart, Murphy resolves to make some long-overdue changes in his life. One subsequent sincere prayer opens the door to an outpouring of the most unexpected blessings.

Tensions rise in Ripple Creek when the status quo is challenged. Will Bettelu and her brother win the town over to a new way of life in Christ? Can Murphy break the stronghold of the Ragtag Biker Gang’s leader, and unlock the gang members’ hearts to the Gospel Message? Will the matchmaking efforts of the two Yorkies be successful in sparking something more than puppy love between their mission-minded owners?
