Particular strengths include signed modern firsts, antiquarian, photography, books about books, fine press and Beat literature. A brief note on our condition statements for modern books.
Fine is the highest statement of condition that we use. It indicates the absence of flaws: scuffing, rubbing, chipping, creasing, denting, tearing, foxing and all the nasty dwarves of time. Domestic shipping of average-sized books is included within the price. For unusually large, heavy or delicate items, we shall contact the buyer for arrangements and additional payment. We are happy to accomodate buyers' desires with respect to packing, insurance and method.
