Praying Around the World: Asia, Middle East, Australia, & Oceania

We feel comfortable praying for our own needs, for family, friends, the sick, or those in peril. But how do we pray for the nations? The nations are vast, their people varied. We know that we can pray about everything, but we may be at a loss as to how.

The Praying Around the World series is designed to aid you and your family in praying for the nations. We provide nation-by-nation prayer requests, as well as unique facts about each nation to help familiarize you with them. Specific prayer requests focus on the church, gospel mission, government, and society.

In this volume, Praying Around the World: Asia, Middle East, Australia, & Oceania, you will be guided through the specific prayer needs of each nation and territory. In many places, confessing Christ publicly can mean a death sentence. Political instability, corruption, and poverty are common problems. Many islands in Oceania face the challenges of isolation and natural disasters. Everywhere, the influences of magic, folk religions, and other Eastern religions are strong. Nevertheless, the church is present and the Holy Spirit is at work.

Join with individuals and families across the church in praying that the good news and hope of Jesus will bear fruit among all those who have not yet met Him!

Are you hoping to pray for the rest of the world?
