It is often said, "Much prayer much power; little prayer little power, no prayer no power." Believers around the world know that prayer is an essential discipline to live an effective Christian life but do we know why? What gives prayer its powerful access to the presence of God? How does prayer take one from where they are into the throne room of God to receive the vital download and instruction that we need to be effective in every aspect of our lives? In his book, Prayer Revolution: The Paradigm Shift, Edward Pierce, III invites the reader to dive into the life-shifting understanding of prayer and develop the focus to know why prayer works and how to pray with more accuracy and in partnership with the only intercessor we all have, Jesus Christ himself. "We do not tell God what we need, but we allow Him to tell us. We never lead our prayer life. Our prayer life is to be led and guided by the Holy spirit. When we try to lead our prayer life then we will find ourselves praying according to our feelings. You can never be in your feelings and in faith at the same time." - Edward Pierce, III "Prayer Revolution, The Paradigm Shift, is necessary now because it redirects the believer's attention to Christ's finished work as prayer's foundation, addresses long held myths that result in vain babbling, and shows how the Word of God provides our prayer language. I thank God for this timely resource given to the body of Christ. I believe this book will strengthen your life and change your prayer culture as it challenges traditional thinking about prayer." - Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr.
