Prayer and Meditation (Way of Life Books)

"In prayer, man makes intercession to God for assistance," Kuthumi explains. "In meditation, he gives assistance to God by creating the nature of God within his own thoughts and feelings." Kuthumi, the Tibetan mahatma. You may have known him as the Master K.H. The importance of his teaching on "scientific meditation" lies not only in the demonstration of the nature of light-"where light is, there God is"-or even in the explanation of the seven color rays and the progressive states of consciousness. From K.H., a master psychologist, you may expect to hear of more than the proper disposition of the mind. From the Himalayan adept, you will learn of more than the suitable posture of the body. Albeit he considers both in careful detail. You will discover in meditation with Kuthumi a soul burning with Christic love-a soul "born again" if you will, "converted" in the sense of being literally "turned around" in the moment of contact with his own inner Self, the personal Christ. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, the messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet deliver to new-age disciples of the living Word these teachings on prayer and meditation as entrusted to them by Jesus Christ and his disciple Kuthumi. This one, so well loved as Saint Francis, shares with his Saviour the office of World Teacher yet prefers to be known simply as a servant of God. Corollary chapters on the science of the spoken Word were dictated by the emissary of Jesus Christ in the Aquarian age, the "seventh angel" Saint Germain, and by the devout Saint Thomas More, devotee of the will of God in Christ who identifies himself to his chelas as the ascended master El Morya. O gentle heart, the message of this book will change your life as you become a living prayer, for you already are God's very own meditation on Love.
