Angel Faulk has been married to her husband, Wade, for 32 years. Together they are the proud parents of Ethan, Lydia, and their son-in-law Josh. With a degree in education and experience teaching elementary school, Angel ultimately followed her true passion as a faith-filled fitness and health expert.Known as The Fitness Angel, she has created Christian fitness DVDs and recently launched her new program, The Fitness Angel TV. Angel also coaches women online, helping them navigate the challenges of menopause and step into the best shape of their lives-body, mind, and spirit.She loves speaking at women's events, sharing her testimony, and leading joyful "praise party" fitness classes that combine faith, fun, and fitness.
