Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Jackie Sherman has been teaching basic computing and IT skills to adults since 1996 and is currently in the process of writing a complete ECDL course for distance learning colleges. She has written a 3-level introduction to a computing course that was commended and accredited by the Open College Network and has taught on OCR and City & Guild courses.
