Singletary gives the reasons why handling your money following biblical principles will lead to prosperity. If people had followed core financial principles outlined in the Bible--the borrower is slave to the lender--we wouldn't be in the mess we are in right now.

As Singletary speaks at more and more churches, she is often asked for a book that frames personal finance in terms of good stewardship using Scriptures. That's not something I was free to do in my first book.
