Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Miriam Akhtar began life as a writer, journalist and researcher. Her professional interest in Positive Psychology commenced in the mid-nineties when she made a program on the science of happiness for BBC Radio 4. She then became one of the first people to train as a positive psychologist in Europe and graduated top of her class. She now works as a positive psychologist, coach, trainer and lecturer and is involved in mentoring the next generation of practitioners.
