Still Pissed Off (Because Apparently This Is Normal) is for anyone who has ever tried to do one simple thing and somehow ended up trapped in a process designed by people who have clearly never had to use it.

You know the feeling.

The package is “out for delivery” for nine straight hours.
The app needs a password, a verification code, and emotional resilience.
The quick errand eats your entire afternoon.
The update fixes nothing.
The appointment time only applies to you.
The customer service chat apologizes professionally while solving absolutely nothing.

In this sharply funny follow-up to Better to Be Pissed Off Than Pissed On, Gregory Jerman takes aim at the systems, policies, apps, subscriptions, self-checkouts, phone trees, automated messages, and cheerful little processes that somehow make everyday life harder while insisting they exist for your convenience.

This is not a book about major disasters.

It is about the constant, low-level nonsense that turns normal adulthood into a full-time troubleshooting position.
Still Pissed Off puts words to the thing a lot of people have been thinking for years:

Nothing is broken enough to fix, but somehow everything works badly enough to become your problem.

If you are tired of QR codes, fake convenience, endless updates, customer service theater, and systems that keep asking for patience while showing you none, this book will feel less like reading and more like finally finding somebody else who sees it too.
