Her father's death was only the beginning.

When Riley Walsh returns to her Wisconsin hometown after her father's death is ruled a suicide, she expects to help her sister plan the funeral and navigate the family estate. What she doesn't expect are quiet whispers in the cemetery next door, mysterious glasses of whiskey left on a headstone, and Geo Le Monte, an ex-detective with secrets of his own who lives in the old hunting shack on the family property-a detail her father never mentioned before his death.

From their first meeting, Geo suggests Riley's father may not have taken his own life. Unraveling clues that begin with family secrets and the restless dead, Riley must confront how far she'll go to uncover the truth, no matter the cost, before it's too late.

For readers who love strong female characters, small-town mysteries with heart, a hint of supernatural, and relationships that become complicated and real-this one's for you.
