He has published a food & travel narrative set in Italy and, to a lesser degree, France. The Paradise of Exiles is available as a paperback and eBook at all major online retailers. He has written twelve books of various genres, including: Recipes from the Heart (a compilation of family recipes his mother penned out long-hand as her health declined) and A Girl from Mola (a tribute to his deceased mother).
