Pathological Demand Avoidance is a little known 'flavour' from the Autistic Spectrum which is particularly tough for both parent and child. Often characterised by extreme aversion to demands and high levels of anxiety related behaviours - at times both uncomfortable and shocking - this book opens up a dialogue between parent and child about PDA.
