Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Allan Frost, born and bred in Shropshire, is a freelance writer and computer publishing consultant. He is widely known by members of the worldwide Myth & Magic Collectors' Club. For them he wrote The Stracyl of Unity fantasy novel (1991), the Official Handbook to the Myth & Magic Collection (1998) and the first 21 issues of Methtintdour Times, the collectors' club magazine featuring many short stories and factual articles (1989-99). He has also researched and written three local history books - Death and Disaster in Victorian Telford (1995), Priorslee Remembered (1993) and The Story of Donnington (1979). Allan worked as a civil servant from 1971 until 1994 when his branch of the Inland Revenue was transferred to the American computer services company, Electronic Data Systems. Before taking redundancy in 1997, he was responsible for the research, writing, design, maintenance and distribution of many service manuals as well as other published works.
