Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Professor of Operations Management in the Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He earned his BS and MS degrees from Iowa State University and received his doctorate from the William Terry College of Business Administration at the University of Georgia in 1986. He began teaching and research responsibilities in 1987 at Miami University, where he has taught operations management and supply chain management courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels
