A Black Jesus? It’s close to His glorified description John gives in Revelation 1:14-15, “His hair was white as wool, and His feet like bronze. What comes to your mind when you think of Jesus Christ? Uncertainty? Doubt? Maybe questions as, “Who is Jesus Christ?” and “What did He do?” “Could you tell me why He came to earth and spent so much time with ordinary people like me?” It’s okay to have questions.

Some have never heard of Jesus Christ, while others once knew Him but have lost their way. Still, others claim to know Him well. Using an expository and narrative style, this book talks about Jesus from Scripture, with memoirs of Eleanor’s journey with Him thus far. It corrects wrong ideas about Him, like the belief that His teachings are only for those who are perfect or very religious. Jesus’ message is for anyone, regardless of their background or current life situation. The book uses an engaging style to ignite your curiosity, encourage thought, and deepen your knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Readers will survey their lives to determine if they align with what Jesus Christ said and did. Those close to Him may share Him with others. Others unfamiliar with Jesus may embrace his message, begin a new life with Him, and drifters will find their way back. No matter your age, background, or beliefs, this book supports and understands you. You will do your part to restore Jesus Christ to His rightful place.
