Sherman W. Garnett is the Dean of James Madison College, Michigan State University, USA. Formerly, Garnett was Senior Associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary for Defense for Russia, Ukraine, and Eurasia.
Alexander Rahr is the program director for Eastern Europe and head of the Korber Foundaiton Unit for Russian and CIS Studies, German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP).
Koji Watanabe is senior fellow at the Japan Center for International Exchange, executive advisor to the Japan Federation of Economic Organizations (Keidanren), and former Japanese ambassador to Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia.
