This book is written in favor of those people who would like to explore the lives and struggles of second language learners from South Africa, in the KwaZulu Natal province, in Durban at Umlazi township which serves as a sample of all second language learners who have their mother tongue as the only language they encounter almost in all spheres of their lives but have to learn the second language in which there are lot of challenges encountered in their quest to learn.

�ber die Autorin bzw. den Autor: I hold a B.Ed. Degree from the University of Zululand,(2002-2005). An Adult Basic Education Certificate, University of South Africa (2008), Honours Degree in school management (UNISA) 2009 - 2011 and Masters Degree from University of KwaZulu Natal (2013 -2014). Currently registered for P.HD in the University of KwaZulu Natal.
