Narelle's role in the team includes helping acutely unwell mums form relationships with their unborn or new babies. The driving passion in her work is keeping the baby and child in mind. The team also support children and other family members through extremely difficult times. It became apparent that there was no available literature to help the older siblings cope with their mums' illness which inspired her to co-write this book.
