Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Alex T. Mohr is Professor of Strategy and International Business at Kent Business School. His research focuses on multinational firms' activities in China and South-East Asia, international strategic alliances as well as international Human Resource Management. He has conducted several research projects in these areas and has published various books, journal articles and book chapters.
Deli Yang is Lecturer in International Business at the Bradford University School of Management. Before embarking on an academic career, she had worked in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, P.R. China for eight years. Her major research interests lie in the systems and corporate management of intellectual property to enhance the integration of the contentious patent, trademark, and copyright protection into trade and foreign direct investment.
