About the Author:
As an osteopath, Patrick Mudge admires the wondrous nature of the human body and recognizes the supreme importance of its health. He believes everyone should take an interest in understanding how their body works and knowing what is good and bad for it, so that they are better equipped to help keep it healthy.
Patrick studied at Victoria University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002, and a Master of Health Science degree in 2004. Since finishing his studies, he has worked alongside some of Melbourne's most respected osteopaths and collaborated with allied health practitioners from many different professions, gaining valuable experience in patient care along the way.
Patrick currently works as an associate at Melbourne Osteopathic and Sports Injuries Practice.
Jeanette Leigh is a journalist, author and passionate believer in the power and importance of the appropriate use of natural therapies. Her first book The Natural Health Directory, a Discerning Guide to Leading Medical and Non Medical Practitioners in Victoria was a pioneering work that guided Australians through alternative health approaches. As an active campaigner for the natural therapies cause, she has produced public and corporate educational health forums and seminars.
She is also a sought after public speaker for community groups and on national radio.
