Über den Autor: Melanie Millin is Founder and Chief Brewer at Love Kombucha a company that she set up with her partner in 2013 and now one of the UK s biggest selling kombucha brands. She was introduced to kombucha whilst suffering from IBS, and realised how she felt 100% better when drinking it instead of her usual fizzy, sugary drinks. She even made kombucha fun for her young son who had suffered from constipation since birth with similarly impressive results. After researching kombucha, she decided to fill a growing gap in the market and gave up her job to start Love Kombucha. One glass brewing jar multiplied into two, which soon became a 25-litre brewing bucket. Quickly followed by two more, and three more and Love Kombucha was born and soon needed a commercial warehouse with a microbrewery, a forklift truck and a license to operate it to keep up with demand! Love Kombucha drinks are stocked in over 300 outlets across the UK, including Planet Organic, Wholefoods Market and Daylesford Organic. Melanie lives in Berkshire.
