An exploration of the gardens at Heligan in Cornwall, which describes how the Victorians came to create such a site, how it fell into neglect after the First World War, and how it was rescued and recreated over seventy years later.

After graduating from Durham University he worked as a county archaeologist before spending ten years as a record producer and composer, successful in Europe, the USA and Japan.
