It's one of those days.
Once of those days
Where nothing seems to go right
When you get to school
And things are fine at first
Then as the day goes on,
You just can't take it anymore.
You end up crying in the bathroom
Or in the hall after everyone has gone home
It's hard to live like that.
Then you get home
And there's even more crying
Even more emptiness
Even more heartbreak.
Then all of a sudden,
Before the blink of an eye,
There is blood dripping down you arm
A pair of scissors I you hand.
Black tissues lie everywhere
Covered in soggy mascara
All you can do is cry
And think about the negative
You want a guy to hold you
So close to his chest that
You could feel his heart pounding
Against you cheek.
You want that guy to gently kiss you head
And tell you everything will be ok.
But yet there you sit,
Surrounded by tissues and band aids
Slowly and silently dying.

Love At First Sight

"I'll never find a guy" she thinks

His steering wheel
They get there
The lights are beautiful
The singing is fantastic
He walks into the chapel
His eyes dart everywhere, looking at everything
Something in the front row catches
His gaze

She's amazing
He falls deep in true love as he
Stares at the most dazzling human
He's ever seen
The singing ends
She gets up
He finally meets her eyes
They smile at each other
"hi" he says, his voice shaking
"hello" she says, startled by the shock
"you, uh wanna go get some, uh, coffee?" he stammers
"Yes! Uh ... I mean ... sure." She says casually
Ah ... Love at first sight.

A world full of nothing
That is all she sees
A room of pitch black
It has been like this
Ever since he left
She is left feeling empty and alone
With no one to care for her
An invisible spirit
Roaming the earth

The blade would drag across her skin
Like an evil disease
Every day she would go through the motions
Of life almost robotically
Friends have failed her
Life has come to an end
Showing no emotion she walks down the halls

Her heart breaks as their eyes meet.
