Sharon Hartley presents the daytime show on BBC Radio Lancashire. She co-hosts Over the Influence, a podcast all about removing alcohol and leading an alcohol-free life and celebrating sobriety. In September 2018, Sharon took 90-day break from alcohol with the full intention of returning to a life fueled by booze once it was over. But in that time something glorious happened.
