A collection of 43 short stories recounting the adventures for some of the most outstanding native North American big game trophies ever take.
All of the stories were handpicked for the special way in which each hunter captured the essence of their hunting experiences, including their tenacity, their ethics, and their respect for the game hunted. You will feel the emotion, dedication, and excitement as you enjoy the stories of those men and women who have taken these outstanding trophies. You will read the story of a bowhunter and of the meticulous preparation and tactics that resulted in his taking of an oustanding bull elk, and most importantly, you will see each of these hunters embraced the concept of fair chase, and for that they should be applauded.
