In many Native cultures, an origin story is more than a beginning—it’s a sacred truth passed down through generations. This is one.

From childhood, Sun and Moon were cherished companions and as time went on, their bond deepened—first through wonder, then trust, then a love written in starlight. But when Moon is forced to prove Sun’s heart, he makes a vow: if he cannot provide evidence of her affection, he will walk away forever.

He keeps his word. Even as it shatters him. Bound by honor, crushed by heartbreak, and deceived by the one he should have been able to trust most.

Years pass. Hearts ache. Souls grieve.

But some truths are too powerful to stay buried among the stars.

The Legend of Sun and Moon is a lyrical origin myth of sacred love, cosmic deception, and devotion tested by time.

For fans of mythic romance, timeless longing, and love that endures even the cruelest illusions, this tale will leave its mark long after the final page.
