Debra Ren-etta Sullivan is President and Cofounder of the Praxis Institute for Early Childhood, Seattle, Washington. She has twenty-three years of experience in higher education as a teacher, researcher, and administrator and served as the first Dean of Pacific Oaks College Northwest in Seattle. She lives in Seattle.

Debra Ren-Etta Sullivan is president of the Praxis Institute for Early Childhood. She has over 25 years of experience in higher education as a teacher, researcher, and administrator. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Seattle University. Debra was the first dean at Pacific Oaks College.
