Hardcover. Zustand: very good -. First edition. Octavo (9-1/4" x 7-1/4") 2 vols. Each volume is housed in a "Documents d'Art; Musee du Louvre" portfolio with a gilt lettered blue cloth spine strip over printed boards, and a fore-edge ribbon tie. Within each portfolio is a 40pp. (in this case, unopened) descriptive catalog of the exhibition in plain wrappers, and 50 loosely laid in photographic plates (for a total of 100, 8 of which are in color and one of those is a double-page folding plate).
