Illustrated with 62 black & white photos as plates, frontispiece in colour, pages free from foxing or staining but someone has written page numbers in biro to prelims and endpapers, ink gift inscription dated 1963 to front free endpaper, light brown cloth boards, glazed cloth spine, gilt spine lettering, top of spine sunned where there is loss of dust jacket, unclipped printed paper dust jacket with colour illustration (same as frontispiece) pasted to front cover and another to spine, edges worn with losses to corners and spine ends, spine also tanned. Size: 8.75 X 5.75 Inches.

The Old Hall is a very fine 18th century house in the centre of Brackley, a pleasant market town about 18 miles north of Oxford. The shop has a large stock of antiquarian, secondhand, new books and maps covering a wide range of interests and prices. We welcome visitors and trade customers. Parking is easy in the Market Square. Disabled access available. Opening hours: We are open every day except Sunday and Bank holidays, from 10am to 5:30pm. We attend a number of Book Fairs each year.
