LIFER

Lifer is a story about family man and Architect Richard Scott. He had a big problem and it wasn't that he'd been killed in an accident. It was the fact that he didn't die and found himself in someone else's body 53 years before he had died! He'd then live out that life only to die once more and find himself in another body, in another time and do the same thing again and again and again. Roll forward to life number 36 and Richard is desperate to know why this is happening to him. Each life he lives he retains the skills and talents of that individual. Why?? Now inhabiting a young man's body named Tom Brent he is about to find out. What unfolds is a race not just to save the woman he loves, but also to prevent a major catastrophic disaster being brought on by Renactus, a man who is linked to him in a most astonishing way. If Richard now as Tom can't prevent Renactus from carrying out his evil plan, then civilisation as we know it today is doomed to extinction. Lifer follows Richard Scott living in Tom Brent on a roller coaster ride as he battles to outwit Renactus from achieving his goal of destroying society as we know it not just in the UK, but around the world. To do this, he uses the personas of all 36 lives with all their skills and abilities to try and stop renactus. However, Tom doesn't survive and Richard reaches for his 37th life, this being a revelation life when he finds out who he really is and why he is here and how Renactus is inexplicably linked to his very existence. Knowing that the survival of mankind and more depends on the outcome of his actions in this 37th life weighs heavily on him. To succeed he must make the ultimate sacrifice, for the survival not only of the woman he loves but for the very existence of life on Earth and not just on Earth but in the whole of the universe. No pressure!!
