First edition. 8vo. xii, 332 pp. Publisher's red cloth, gilt lettered to the spine, early owner's signature to the front free endpaper, dust jacket, not price clipped. Some cockling and marking to the jacket with tanning to the spine, the staining more evident on the verso and the rear panel than anywhere else, blotchiness to the fore edge.
