In quarter red morocco cloth over green cloth, corners bumped. Spine, finger soiled, gilt titles, edges bumped. Internally, half title, [2], [5], (vi-viii), [2], [1], 2-161 pp, [1], rubricated title page, most pages uncut, some spotting, small bookseller label to fpd, bound without the illustration. (296*226 mm). Title continues: and of the members for the boroughs of Caernarvon and Beaumaris. To which are added lists of the Lords Presidents of Wales and the Constables of the Castles of Beaumaris and Caernarvon, Conway and Harlech. BREESE, antiquary, who after many years of research, backed by an excellent private library, led to the publication in 1873 of Kalendars of Gwynedd, a complete record of the high officers (sheriffs, Members of Parliament, etc.) of the counties of Anglesey, Caernarvon, and Merioneth, which is still an authoritative work of reference.
